Dolce Vita magazine presentation at Designblok festival returns to the golden age of Italian design and hedonism and presents installation called Casa Luminosa. After the interior design experiments that took place in Italy from the sixties to the eighties, reveals this project an approach of Italian filmmakers in a radical concept living space. Flats of former intellectual elite are literally turned into discos or residential art installations; an ideal environment for the consumption of life in the spirit of the Dolce Vita. Innovative interior solitaires and radical architectural elements based on the unique use of lighting and psychedelic forms then let rise residential works of sculpture. Symbolic mirror installation Casa Luminosa, whose form is inspired by a specific contemporary aesthetics, features selected objects of Italian design of its time.
Historical excursion on the walls of the installation represents a selection of some real interior realizations, exhibition of visionary installations, photographs of interiors and styling products, which in its time totally contradicted the conventional form of living space and bring about its new symbolic and utopian dimensions.
