The Neredin The new residential project  "Neredin Garden" in the western part of Olomouc by architect Miroslav Pospisil and atelier-r in two apartment buildings offers an unconventional housing solution. It is due to the ageless materials, atypical shape solutions, a selection of contemporary czech and foreign design elements and the connection of the apartments with the surrounding greenery. Wood and metal have been chosen as the connecting material, referring to the style of shaping the roofing of the buildings, while the interior is reflected in the shaping of the walls in the entrance hall and corridors in front of the apartments. The Neredin Garden complex offers a total of 56 apartments on four floors, with each apartment having a balcony, terrace or garden. The apartments include basement cubicles designed to allow for a play of lines and colours, complemented by a line of LED lighting in the ceiling. They provide a total of 62 covered parking spaces.
